Manager, Solutions Engineering

This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing Solutions Engineering organization supporting strategic customers across the Americas. You will combine people leadership with hands-on technical engagement, acting as both a coach and a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders. The position spans presales strategy, account development, technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and solution validation. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to drive customer adoption and business growth. The role also provides significant influence over regional go-to-market strategy and product direction through customer and field insights. Success requires strong ownership, commercial awareness, technical credibility, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-scaling environment.
