Manager, Solution Configuration

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Solution Configuration based in India. This is a fully remote leadership opportunity within a distributed, international technology organization.The role focuses on managing a large configuration team responsible for high-volume, technically complex work across multiple partner implementations.You will combine people leadership with delivery management, capacity planning, process optimization, and hands-on operational expertise.A key part of the role is ensuring configuration work is accurately planned, prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time.You will partner closely with Implementation, Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers and protect partner go-live timelines.The position also offers significant ownership of process excellence, automation, reporting, and Jira and Confluence practices.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced technical operations leader who thrives in distributed environments and enjoys building scalable, reliable processes.
