Manager, Salesforce Administration

Our partner is looking for a Manager, Salesforce Administration based in India.    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce leader to oversee the day-to-day management and continued evolution of a complex enterprise Salesforce environment. You will combine people leadership with hands-on platform ownership, ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability. The role spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, APIs, data quality, security, and release management. You will guide a team while remaining close to platform architecture, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational decisions. The position also provides an opportunity to evaluate emerging capabilities such as Agentforce and enterprise AI in a controlled and responsible way. You will collaborate with business, technology, security, data, and external implementation teams to maximize platform value while managing operational and security risks.
