About the role

Human Interest is seeking a high-performing Retirement Sales Activation Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for driving efficiency, velocity, and customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a passion for optimizing processes, managing performance, and exceeding aggressive targets.

You will be accountable for hitting key performance metrics, identifying and solving operational blockers, and leading your team to consistently launch a high volume of plans while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
