Manager, Retail Finance

This role is a key finance partner to a growing retail business, helping translate commercial strategy into measurable and profitable results.You will work closely with Retail and Sales teams to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across major retail channels.The position combines financial analysis, retail execution, trade spend management, and order-to-cash oversight.You will build visibility into KPIs, identify opportunities and risks, and turn complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.The role also involves improving product costs, managing deductions and retailer fees, and strengthening financial processes across the retail lifecycle.You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, fully remote environment with significant cross-functional exposure and ownership.This is an opportunity to influence retail growth while helping build scalable finance processes within a high-growth consumer products organization.
