Manager, R&D Data Steward

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, R&D Data Steward based in United States. This role leads data stewardship activities across assigned R&D data domains and products, helping ensure information is trusted, discoverable, well-governed, and fit for purpose. You will translate complex scientific and business processes into clear metadata, quality controls, and usable data products. The position combines hands-on data management with advanced analytics, automation, and AI-assisted stewardship. You will work closely with Data Owners, R&D subject matter experts, engineers, modelers, analytics teams, and governance stakeholders. As an individual contributor, you will also coach other stewards and help strengthen enterprise data practices and standards.
