This role leads provider success operations in a high-impact telehealth environment focused on improving access to specialized care.You will design scalable support models and workflows that reduce administrative friction and help clinicians stay focused on patient care.The position sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, clinical leadership, data, technology, and workflow automation.You will partner closely with medical and operational leaders to improve provider onboarding, scheduling, activation, engagement, and retention.A major focus will be using data, automation, and AI-assisted tools to simplify workflows and support faster, better operational decisions.You will also have the opportunity to build and develop a Provider Success function as the organization and scope continue to grow.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving complex operational challenges, and improving the clinician experience.
