Manager, Proposals

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Proposals based in United States. This role leads the end-to-end proposal development process for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from municipal and government agency clients.You will combine strong writing and editing expertise with disciplined project management to deliver accurate, persuasive, and timely proposals.The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, subject matter experts, and corporate leadership.You will translate complex technical and program information into clear content tailored to different audiences, markets, and program implementations.A key part of the role is ensuring every submission meets quality, brand, compliance, and professional standards before delivery.You will also contribute to proposal strategy, competitive win/loss analysis, training, and continuous improvements to the proposal process.This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume proposal function while improving how teams collaborate and compete for public-sector opportunities.
