We are looking for a Manager of Professional Services to join our Professional Services department. This is a US-based Remote role, reporting to the Director of Professional Services AMS. You will lead the Americas West services delivery and post-sales deployment programs for our clients. In this role, you’ll oversee a high-performing team of technical consultants and project managers, ensuring customer-centric excellence while driving the efficiency, scalability, and profitability of our cloud security solutions.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Lead and manage a technical team of consultants and project managers responsible for Zscaler solution deployments and support in the AMS West Region
  • Own the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management for the team to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Manage cross-functional relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Product Manage
