Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health for a product management role. As a Manager of Product, you will be part of our Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) Product, Innovation and Delivery team. This team is engaged across all functions of our PBM product and operations teams, with particular emphasis on strategy development, product design, business analytics, and stakeholder management. You will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to leadership all in an effort to drive product operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing the execution of automation activities that drive value for both our customers and the enterprise. Furthermore, you will design, construct, and execute analyses to meet business case requirements using data that will often be self-sourced through observations, tests, interviews, and custom data pulls. Some other critical components include the ability to think critically about market drivers and how CVS is uniquely positioned to leverage those drivers, develop novel recommendations on how to improve healthcare, problem solve at a tactical level, articulate conclusions to senior level leadership, and work cross-functionally to drive programs to success.   • Engaging cross-functionally across the organization to build new products, product enhancements and process improvements
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to execute on product operations for PBM products
  • Communicating and influence at all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications

  • 2 + years of experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, internal and external
  • 5 + years of relevant work experience
  • 2 + years of high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • 1 + years of experience working with B2B clients and/or external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver outcomes and drive results
  • Ability to problem solve, identify issues and mange through self-reliance to solution
  • Independent thinking - ability to navigate the gray


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
