Our partner is looking for a Manager, Product Design, Growth (Upper Funnel) based in United States. As a Manager, Product Design, Growth (Upper Funnel), you will shape the experiences that help users discover product value, build confidence, and progress through the early stages of their journey. You will combine hands-on product design with people leadership, balancing exceptional craft with measurable growth outcomes. Your scope will span discovery, acquisition, activation, onboarding, pricing, and other key growth touchpoints. You will use behavioral data and experimentation to inform decisions and improve the end-to-end user experience. Working closely with product, engineering, research, and data science teams, you will establish scalable design patterns and raise the quality of growth design across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role where user trust, clarity, product quality, and business objectives are considered together.
