Manager, Political Affairs

The Manager, Political Affairs will lead political engagement initiatives and oversee the strategic management and daily operations of a federal Political Action Committee (PAC). This role combines political strategy, legislative analysis, governance, and regulatory compliance to support organizational public policy priorities. You will develop initiatives to increase contributor participation, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and improve the effectiveness of political engagement programs. Working closely with government affairs, legal, compliance, finance, human resources, and executive leadership teams, you will provide actionable insights on legislative developments and political contribution opportunities.
