Manager, Partner Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Partner Operations based in Canada. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling a growing partnerships business through strategic programs and operational excellence. You’ll lead a portfolio of initiatives that turn emerging opportunities into scalable, measurable business capabilities. Working across strategy, operations, product, engineering, data, marketing, legal, and commercial teams, you’ll bring structure to complex and ambiguous challenges. You’ll combine analytical thinking with strong business judgment to improve growth, efficiency, and program economics. As a player-coach, you’ll lead and develop a globally distributed team while remaining closely involved in execution.
