Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Manager, Operations (East Branch) to join our Programs x Domestic Operations – East Branch team! The Manager, Operations, will lead a motivated team of associates, provide support to volunteer leaders in daily execution of the goals and objectives of the organization and require a detailed understanding of all specific functions within the Operations Department. This Manager, Operations, will be assigned geographic areas to build and motivate teams. This manager will have solid knowledge of the incident command system and expertise in planning, mobilization, and demobilization operations.
