Higharc is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager of Implementation to lead the team responsible for onboarding homebuilders onto the Higharc platform. This is a leadership role for someone who builds systems, holds a high bar, and isn't satisfied with delivery that stops short of real customer adoption. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll own the Implementation function end-to-end — managing a team of Implementation Leads and Specialists, setting the standard for how implementations run, and making sure customer onboarding consistently delivers measurable value.
