Manager, Medical Detention Operations

This leadership role provides operational oversight for healthcare programs across multiple detention facilities nationwide.You will help ensure healthcare services are safe, effective, compliant, and aligned with contractual and federal requirements.The position combines strategic program management with hands-on operational support across staffing, quality, compliance, and performance.You will work closely with facility healthcare leaders, government stakeholders, corporate teams, and external partners.The role offers the opportunity to influence healthcare delivery, improve operational performance, and drive sustainable quality initiatives across geographically dispersed programs.You will also support new program launches, contract transitions, inspections, audits, and complex operational challenges.With extensive travel and a high level of responsibility, this position is suited to an experienced healthcare operations leader comfortable working in regulated environments.
