Manager, Legal Operations

THE OPPORTUNITY Hinge Health is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to help scale the operational backbone of our Legal & Compliance team and otherwise help translate priorities into coordinated, measurable initiatives as the company grows. As a digital health company operating in a highly regulated space, our legal team's ability to move fast and manage risk depends on strong systems, clear processes, and disciplined spend management. In this role, you will own and mature core legal operations functions — including outside counsel relationships and spend, e-billing (Brightflag), budgeting and forecasting, contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), and legal technology — while also driving process improvement and program management across the broader Legal & Compliance team. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys building infrastructure that lets attorneys focus on legal work instead of administrative overhead, and who wants to make a measurable, company-wide impact from within a lean, fast-moving legal team.
