Manager - Human Resources

Serve as a hands-on HR partner supporting senior leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.Provide guidance across employee relations, performance management, leave administration, talent acquisition, engagement, and compliance.Work closely with executive and functional leaders, including the CIO, while partnering with Corporate HR on escalations, programs, and policy alignment.Support a multi-state workforce by navigating employment requirements, leave coordination, ADA considerations, and HR compliance.Use HR data and systems to identify workforce trends, strengthen decision-making, and improve HR operations.Help shape a positive employee experience through coaching, engagement initiatives, talent reviews, and culture programs.This is an impactful opportunity for an experienced HR professional to combine strategic partnership with practical, day-to-day leadership in a collaborative environment.
