This role offers the opportunity to serve as a technical Workday expert across reporting, security, integrations, payroll-related configuration, and HR technology architecture. You will design and optimize scalable solutions that support complex global business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic stakeholder partnership across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, security, governance, and compliance across the HR technology landscape. The role also provides significant ownership of reporting and analytics, integration performance, and system improvements.
