The Manager, Global Payroll is a hands-on people leader responsible for operating and continuously improving Chainalysis's US payroll and global Employer of Record (EOR) operations. This role oversees payroll execution, provider and vendor relationships, compliance coordination, controls, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and process improvement across multiple platforms and operating partners. As a coach-player, you personally participate in payroll processing, review, reconciliations, controls, and complex issue resolution while providing day-to-day leadership to Payroll Specialists. Current systems and providers include ADP, Deel, Workday, Bswift, Fidelity, and other connected platforms, but the role is designed to remain adaptable as our operating model evolves.
