This is a high-impact finance leadership role connecting financial strategy with day-to-day operational performance across a network of practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to practice managers and senior operations leaders, turning financial data into clear recommendations and measurable business outcomes. The role combines financial planning, forecasting, reporting, profitability analysis, risk management, and business partnering. You will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions while identifying opportunities to improve revenue, manage costs, and support sustainable growth. As a people leader, you will also coach and develop Senior Financial Analysts while strengthening finance practices across the organization.
