Manager, Finance & Automation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Finance & Automation based in Brazil. This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership role combining accounting ownership, people management, and finance automation.You will oversee core financial operations, including ledgers, month-end and year-end close, tax compliance, accounts payable, payroll, cash flow, and budgeting.At the same time, you will build and deploy technology that makes finance processes faster, more scalable, and more reliable.The role is designed for a player-coach who can personally manage critical accounting activities while leading and developing a small team.You will have significant autonomy to create dashboards, automations, web applications, and data-driven finance tools using modern AI-assisted development platforms.Working remotely with distributed and culturally diverse teams, you will partner closely with senior finance leadership on strategic decisions and business growth.This is an opportunity to shape both the finance function and the technology that enables it to scale.
