LOCATION, FLEXIBILITY, AND WORKING HOURS

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode (at least 2 days a week) from our office in Noida. Our work from near culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting from other global offices.

Our team has a flexible working hours model with expectations to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with at least 3-4 hours overlapping with US Eastern Standard Time. 


THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Manager of Executive Recruiting in India, you’ll support our business as both a recruiter and a trusted advisor, working with hiring managers to understand our business needs, refine interview processes, and create and execute creative hiring strategies. Reporting to the Head of Global Executive & Commercial Recruiting for TELUS Digital Solutions, you will help establish a new and improved strategy and approach to leadership hiring in India and, eventually, across the region. Initially, this is an Individual Contributor role, and there are no people management responsibilities.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to hiring, while continuously improving our hiring process

- Collaborate with senior business leadership, hiring managers, and interview teams to build inclusive and motivated teams

- Develop innovative strategies to scale the hiring practice across multiple locations within India

- Maintain relationships with top talent, ensuring access to diverse talent pools for current and future positions

- Facilitate interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with our firm

- Conduct market research to create job descriptions, advise on compensation, and understand the competitive landscape.
