Manager, Employee Communications & Engagement

This role leads the day-to-day execution of employee engagement, communications, community, and connection programs across a complex organization.You will help strengthen employee participation through network programs, storytelling, recognition, events, and community initiatives.The position combines communications expertise with hands-on program and project management across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.You will develop clear, engaging content for enterprise audiences while ensuring alignment with messaging, brand, accessibility, and business priorities.The role works closely with senior leaders, HR, communications, employee network leads, and business partners in a collaborative, matrixed environment.You will also monitor participation and communication performance, using insights and feedback to improve program delivery.This is a fully remote opportunity for a U.S. citizen, with occasional travel to the Virginia area for on-site collaboration.
