Manager, Email & SMS Marketing

This remote leadership role oversees the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS marketing programs across a broad customer audience. You’ll lead a team of marketing strategists and specialists while shaping personalized, data-driven engagement strategies. The role combines hands-on marketing expertise with people leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll manage campaigns across enterprise platforms, strengthen segmentation and automation, and use performance insights to improve engagement and retention. You’ll also help ensure communications meet applicable privacy and marketing regulations. The position offers significant autonomy in a work-from-anywhere environment, with occasional travel for in-person team gatherings.
