This fully remote leadership role oversees a team of Client HR Partners supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.You will combine people leadership, HR expertise, operational oversight, and strategic client consultation.The role is central to delivering consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle.You will guide complex employee relations matters, manage escalations, and help teams navigate sensitive HR and compliance situations.Success requires strong knowledge of multi-state employment practices, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to client service.You will also use service metrics and workforce trends to improve processes, develop talent, and strengthen client outcomes.The position offers the opportunity to influence a growing HR service model while leading and developing experienced HR professionals.
