Overview The Manager, Efficacy and Insights will lead strategic education research initiatives to evaluate product effectiveness and improve learning outcomes across the K–12 education technology landscape. This role combines research leadership, analytical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to generate actionable insights that inform product development and business strategy. You will oversee complex research projects, applying rigorous qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand what drives student success. Working closely with product, marketing, sales, analytics, and customer success teams, you will translate research findings into meaningful recommendations and compelling evidence of educational impact. You will also lead and mentor a growing team of researchers, fostering innovation, methodological excellence, and efficient research practices.
