Manager, Clinical Data and Safety Monitoring

This leadership role oversees clinical data and safety monitoring activities supporting DMC/DSMB administration across clinical research programs. It combines hands-on project management, operational leadership, team development, and client engagement. The position plays a key role in planning and delivering committee activities, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality clinical research standards. You will work closely with biostatistical leaders, sponsors, project teams, vendors, and committee members to ensure timelines, deliverables, and regulatory expectations are met. The role also contributes to process improvement, reporting systems, business development, and departmental strategy. It offers the opportunity to influence clinical research operations while working across multiple projects and therapeutic areas.
