Manager, Carrier Operations Quality Management

The Manager, Carrier Operations Quality Management will lead quality assurance, auditing, and oversight activities across delegated insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and internal policies. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen operational controls, mitigate risk, and enhance the quality and consistency of insurance services. You will oversee risk-based audit programs, assess performance metrics, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement. Working closely with internal business leaders and external partners, you will ensure effective governance across claims, policy administration, customer service, and other critical functions.
