Manager, Business Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Business Enablement based in United States. This leadership role is responsible for strengthening operational performance through effective planning, process improvement, and business enablement. You will lead a team while partnering across functions to streamline workflows, develop practical tools, and improve organizational efficiency. The position combines people leadership with business analysis, performance management, and strategic execution. You will use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, support planning and forecasting, and guide informed decision-making. The role also requires ensuring processes align with applicable regulations, internal policies, and organizational standards. This is a mostly remote position with occasional on-site travel approximately once per quarter for team meetings, training, and business-related events.
