Manager, Billing & Accounts Receivable

ABOUT PEARL Pearl is shaping the future of dentistry with a suite of AI solutions that raise the standard of care for patients worldwide. Since 2019, we've built FDA-cleared computer vision for 2D and 3D dental imagery, used by clinicians, practice owners, labs, and insurers to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of dental care globally. Our product suite spans Second Opinion, Practice Intelligence, and PreCheck, and and our finance and operations infrastructure needs to keep pace with a rapidly growing, increasingly complex customer base spanning individual practices, multi-location groups, and large enterprise DSOs. THE ROLE Pearl has scaled quickly across both high-volume SMB practices and large Enterprise/DSO accounts, and our billing, accounts receivable, and collections function is ready for someone to take it to the next level. We are looking for a builder - someone who has helped stand up billing and AR infrastructure in a fast-moving startup and enjoys creating scalable, well-controlled processes - to take full ownership of Billing, AR, and Collections across both segments of our business.
