This is a US-remote, client-facing payroll role responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll services to a portfolio of complex customers.You’ll own the end-to-end payroll cycle, from data collection and validation through approvals and final accuracy checks.As a trusted payroll advisor, you’ll manage customer relationships, resolve nuanced issues, and communicate proactively throughout each pay cycle.The role combines payroll expertise with problem-solving, technology, process improvement, and service excellence.You’ll also contribute to improving systems, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and operational processes as the managed payroll offering continues to scale.As a senior team member, you’ll mentor colleagues, handle escalations, and help establish stronger standards for quality and compliance.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys improving how payroll is delivered.
