We are seeking experienced M&A consultants based in the EU or UK to enhance the realism, technical accuracy, and actionable value of AI-powered M&A systems. What You Will Do - Review and refine AI-generated outputs on M&A topics, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management - Evaluate AI responses for deal realism, sound reasoning, and direct applicability to M&A scenarios - Draft realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios informed by your direct deal experience - Create alternative scenarios from perspectives such as buyer, seller, advisor, or board member - Iden
