Our partner is looking for a Loan Officer - Private Lending (Fix & Flip, DSCR, New Construction) based in the United States. This fully remote role focuses on originating business-purpose real estate loans for experienced investors and repeat borrowers.You’ll manage qualified inbound and warm opportunities across bridge, fix & flip, DSCR, ground-up construction, portfolio, and multifamily lending.The role combines consultative sales, deal analysis, relationship management, and end-to-end pipeline ownership.You’ll help investors evaluate financing options and structure solutions aligned with their projects and business objectives.Strong collaboration with processing and underwriting teams will be essential to moving qualified transactions efficiently toward closing.The environment is technology-driven and increasingly AI-enabled, with tools designed to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.This is an opportunity for a results-oriented lending professional to build lasting borrower relationships while growing their production in a national remote platform.
