Litigation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Litigation Specialist based in Canada. This role sits within a national bodily injury claims team and focuses on managing litigation files from investigation through resolution.You will handle claims of varying complexity while working toward timely, fair, and financially sound outcomes.The position involves close collaboration with defense counsel, internal stakeholders, and other claims professionals.You will apply insurance policy language, case law, negotiation expertise, and claims judgment to assess exposure and coverage.The role also provides opportunities to contribute to cost-containment strategies and identify emerging litigation and claims trends.As a remote position, it offers flexibility while remaining highly collaborative and stakeholder-focused.You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior claims professionals and contribute to continuous improvement across the claims function.
