Listing Verification Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Listing Verification Specialist based in Italy. As a Listing Verification Specialist, you will help maintain the accuracy, reliability, and quality of vehicle listings on a fast-growing U.S. online car auction marketplace. You will review seller documentation, validate vehicle details, and ensure listings meet quality standards before publication. Working remotely, you will communicate directly with U.S. sellers to confirm information, resolve discrepancies, and gather missing details. Your attention to detail will help prevent errors, reduce cancellations, and keep the listing process moving efficiently. This is a detail-oriented verification and operations role, not a sales position.
