Linux System Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Linux System Administrator based in India. This part-time remote role offers the opportunity to support and maintain Linux-based infrastructure for an international technology environment. You will be responsible for server administration, cloud hosting, deployment systems, monitoring, security, and backup operations. The role spans both traditional dedicated infrastructure and modern cloud platforms, giving you broad exposure across the systems administration landscape. You’ll work with technologies including Linux, Docker, Jenkins, Gerrit, Bitbucket, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, and database platforms. Success in this position requires strong troubleshooting skills, security awareness, and the ability to work independently. It is well suited to an experienced administrator who enjoys maintaining reliable, secure, and well-performing infrastructure.
