You will work directly with individuals and families to understand their protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. The role combines consultative sales, client education, relationship building, and end-to-end application support. Qualified prospects and digital tools are provided, allowing you to focus on meaningful client conversations and sales rather than relying entirely on self-generated leads. You’ll have access to ongoing coaching, mentorship, product guidance, and established sales processes. The position offers significant autonomy, with the ability to manage your own schedule while working from home. Compensation is entirely performance-based, providing uncapped earning potential tied to individual production.
