We are seeking a motivated Legal Operations Manager to drive efficiency and scalability during a critical phase of Hinge Health’s growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to manage strategic projects, optimize legal technologies, and create the processes that allow our best-in-class Legal team to deliver high-impact services to the entire organization. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH - In your first 3 months: You will audit our current legal workflows and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Commercial, and Employment teams.
