This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Counsel, IP & Technology based in the United States. This role provides strategic legal guidance across intellectual property, technology transactions, and commercial initiatives within a fast-growing consumer technology environment.As the first dedicated IP counsel, you will help shape and execute the organization’s patent and trademark strategy.You will manage valuable IP portfolios while advising teams on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing, open source, and commercialization.The position partners closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Privacy, Marketing, and corporate development stakeholders.You will also negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements and contribute to IP due diligence for strategic corporate transactions.The role combines hands-on legal execution with high-impact counseling in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.This is an opportunity to influence IP protection and business strategy while supporting innovative software, hardware, and digital products.
