ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Legal Counsel to own the commercial and contract workflows that support revenue growth, customer onboarding, and operational compliance. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, legal operations, contract management, and compliance. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, support commercial negotiations, coordinate due diligence processes, and ensure agreements move efficiently from proposal through signature, implementation, and renewal. The ideal candidate combines strong contract management experience with commercial awareness. You should be comfortable reviewing and negotiating SaaS agreements, working directly with customers, and building processes that improve visibility and execution in a fast-growing startup environment.
