Legal Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Counsel based in United Kingdom. This is a broad, commercially focused Legal Counsel role within a growing international B2B iGaming business.You will provide day-to-day legal support across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters.The role offers significant exposure to contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, platforms, aggregators, and other industry partners.You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Compliance, Commercial, Finance, and Product.A key part of the position is monitoring regulatory developments and translating legal requirements into practical business guidance.You will also contribute to governance, intellectual property, data protection, and wider legal risk management.The role is fully remote across Europe and offers the opportunity to operate independently in a fast-moving international environment.
