As a Legal and Governance Counsel (Assistant Company Secretary), you'll provide high-quality company secretarial support and corporate governance advice across Xero and its global subsidiaries. You'll work closely with the team, contributing to listing compliance, subsidiary governance, shareholder meetings, and internal policy — all in an environment where governance is taken seriously and your expertise will genuinely shape how things are done.
