This remote role manages employee leave cases from initial request through closure, ensuring accurate administration and regulatory compliance.You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing clear guidance and timely support throughout their leave journey.The role combines case management, HR operations, benefits administration, documentation, and employee communication.You’ll collaborate with HR teams, managers, healthcare providers, legal partners, and state agencies to resolve cases efficiently.Success requires strong organization, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive cases simultaneously.You’ll also help employees navigate complex leave, pay, benefits, and return-to-work processes in a supportive manner.This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact HR function within a collaborative, evolving healthcare environment.
