ABOUT THE TEAM The Leasing Coordinator is an essential part of the Professional Tenant Placement (PTP) team. The PTP team works closely with the Applications team and is focused on helping owners be successful in the leasing and marketing process! From optimizing the owner's marketing strategy, to providing product coaching, and nurturing showings and applications, the PTP team is critical to Nomad's success. ABOUT THE ROLE The Leasing Coordinator plays a key role in the PTP Team, guiding owners through onboarding and tenant placement. You'll learn Nomad's tenant placement process and coach owners to secure a tenant successfully. Responsibilities include managing rental inquiries, scheduling and following up on showings, troubleshooting applications, responding to emails, conducting proactive outreach, overseeing property marketing, and working with third-party systems. Strong customer service, coaching, and problem-solving skills are essential. Expect to spend much of your day on the phone and texting with owners, prospective tenants, and other stakeholders.
