Learning & Development Specialist – Go To Market

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist – Go To Market based in Canada . This is a hands-on learning and development role focused on strengthening sales enablement capabilities across client-facing and delivery teams. You’ll translate business priorities, capability gaps, and complex subject matter into practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences. Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Learning & Development colleagues, you’ll own learning workstreams from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation. The role combines instructional design, content development, stakeholder partnership, and project management in a fast-paced professional services environment. You’ll create learning experiences across multiple formats, supported by modern learning technologies and AI-enabled tools. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for a 5–6-month engagement with significant ownership and cross-functional impact.
