Learning and Development Lead - Clinic

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional who wants to build something, not simply inherit it. As our clinical teams continue to grow, we are looking for someone to take real ownership of how our doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals are onboarded, trained and prepared to work confidently at Montu. You do not need to be a clinician. What we need is someone who really understands learning, knows how to engage experienced professionals and can take complex systems, processes and information and turn them into practical training that works. There is plenty to shape, improve and build in this role, so if you love creating great learning experiences and seeing people go from day one to confident and capable, this could be a really exciting opportunity.
