Lead UX Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead UX Designer based in United States. This is a strategic UX leadership role focused on designing complex, high-volume workflows that help professionals complete critical tasks with less time, friction, and error. You will shape the experience strategy for major product initiatives while balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical realities. The role combines research, information architecture, interaction design, visual direction, facilitation, and design systems thinking across multiple product areas. You will work closely with product, engineering, research, and other cross-functional teams to create scalable and consistent experiences. As a design leader, you will influence strategic decisions, mentor other designers, and raise the quality and consistency of UX across the organization.
