Lead Tech Recruiter (LATAM) Reports to: VP of Talent Acquisition We are seeking an experienced Lead Tech Recruiter with 5 or more years of recruiting experience to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, curious, and a continuous learner. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top Data & AI talent. You will drive the recruitment process from start to finish.
