This is a senior individual contributor role focused on delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across complex technology functions.You’ll own recruitment across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, QA/SDET, and technical leadership positions.Working closely with senior business and technology leaders, you’ll translate workforce priorities into targeted sourcing and hiring strategies.You’ll build pipelines for highly competitive and niche talent markets using direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, communities, and innovative channels.The role combines technical recruiting expertise with talent intelligence, recruiting analytics, and AI-powered tools to improve hiring effectiveness.You’ll also influence recruiting standards by mentoring colleagues and introducing scalable approaches to sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement.This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing, globally distributed, remote-first environment.
